Marchese Italian Market ships via FedEx. All shipments are insured and guaranteed. Due to the unique nature of our products, the shipping price is adjustment according to actual shipping cost, up to the flat rate we offer. You will be provided with shipping options during the checkout process, Hampton Roads, FedEx flat rate, FedEx Express, Beverages. The FedEx Express option is for orders of perishable items shipping to a destination of greater than 2 days only (please see map below). Regular orders to all states will be adjusted if total shipping cost is below what you were charged on checkout. Please check the map for estimated shipping times to your area. All orders received after 5:00 pm will be shipped the next business day, unless in the Hampton Roads area. Hampton Roads residents must place orders before 6pm for same day delivery.

Shipping Policy:
We will send you an order confirmation via email after the order is placed. Please check your order confirmation promptly to be sure that you have ordered the correct items, quantities of items, and that your shipping address is accurate.   If you discover a mistake in your order, contact us ASAP via email (marchesemarket@gmail.com) If for any reason we have made a mistake processing your order, we will immediately make the necessary changes to your order and ship it at our expense.  If you have made a mistake in placing your order, then you will be responsible for the FEDEX redirect fee (starting at $12) which will be debited to your account.

Your order has a FEDEX tracking number that will be provided to you in your order confirmation. If your item is lost, please notify us so we file a claim for a lost package with FEDEX, and reship your order.

***Overseas shipping calculate separately***
Shipping cost are as follows:

0.01 - 25.00 = up to 10.00
25.01 - up = up to 12.00
FedEx Express shipping = up to 37.00 (For cheese and meats)

Exception to shipping cost are ALL Beverage Products. Due to the weight, beverages will be shipped based on:

1 box (20 small bottles) = 18.00
1 box (12 1.5L bottles) = 15.00

Return Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we will refund the purchase price of that item with the following provisions: 
1) All items must be returned in their original packaging at your expense. 
2) Once the returned item is received, we will refund your purchase price minus the original shipping cost (or applicable portion of the shipping cost).
3) If you receive your order and any portion of your order is damaged, we will replace those damaged items at no cost to you. To receive your replacement items, please send us an email within 10 days of receiving your order with an explanation of how the damage occurred along with photos of the damaged items.  We will promptly process your claim and ship your replacement item(s).
